By using The Vaulted, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18+ and provide accurate identity and account information.

You are responsible for your account activity, credentials, and all actions performed through your profile.

Platform services include executive access features, member directory, groups, messaging, articles, whitepapers, awards, events, and controlled deal-room features.

Service availability, outcomes, introductions, hiring results, deal outcomes, and AI output accuracy are not guaranteed.

Paid memberships and add-ons may auto-renew until cancelled. Billing, saved payment methods, discounts, invoices, and payment processing are handled by Stripe.

All membership fees, add-on fees, application-related charges, renewals, and platform purchases are final and non-refundable. The Vaulted does not provide refunds, credits, prorated refunds, or partial refunds for inactivity, termination, lack of use, loss of access, declined participation, member conduct decisions, deal outcomes, publishing outcomes, or change of mind, except where a non-waivable law requires otherwise.

Discounts, complimentary access, promotional codes, waivers, or admin-approved billing exceptions are discretionary, may be revoked or limited, and do not create any entitlement to future discounts, refunds, renewal reductions, or continued access.

Users retain ownership of their content and grant The Vaulted a license to host, display, distribute, edit, archive, and promote it across platform channels.

AI-generated content, recommendations, matching, and automation outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied on for critical legal, financial, or medical decisions.

Platform conduct standards prohibit harassment, discrimination, impersonation, spam, scraping, fraud, market manipulation, and confidentiality breaches.

The Vaulted may require identity or KYC-style verification in high-risk, trust, awards, deal, or compliance scenarios.

Deal marketplace participation is at your own risk. The Vaulted is not a broker, dealer, advisor, or fiduciary. Users must perform independent due diligence.

No securities, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice is provided through content, events, AI tools, member interactions, or marketplace activity.

All platform software, brand assets, and non-user IP remain the property of Basra Consulting Services and its licensors.

Privacy and data rights are governed by the Privacy Policy and DPA, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA-aligned rights handling.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, inactivity, legal risk, trust abuse, payment failure, chargebacks, confidentiality breaches, or security concerns. Termination does not create a refund right.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months or USD $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Vaulted, Basra Consulting Services, affiliates, and personnel from claims arising from misuse, violations, or misconduct.

Disputes are resolved by binding AAA arbitration in Colorado, with class action and jury trial waiver where legally enforceable.

Colorado law governs these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated version.
